Petroleum Authority of Thailand Global Chemicals (PTTGC) is the largest petrochemical production enterprise in Thailand. CEGT Center and PTTGC cooperate in the development research of new hydrotreating catalysts, and in July 2019, both parties signed the second phase of cooperation agreement regarding the joint research and development of core catalysts, hoping to jointly develop synthetic oil hydrosulfiding agent.

. In the future, cegt center will continue to strengthen cooperation in talent training, project tackling and platform sharing, Efforts should be made to explore new modes of scientific and technological collaborative innovation and cooperation.

At present, both parties are engaged in putting the catalyst into a 100-ton demonstration unit for use, with the aim of achieving a 10,000-ton industrial unit operation in 2022. Based on the cooperation of this project, the establishment of joint fund project between China and Thailand supported by the Foundation Committee was driven. Meanwhile, based on the characteristics of energy structure in China, Thailand, Malaysia and Cambodia, CEGT Center has established an international joint laboratory/sub-center for renewable energy in Thailand based on universities, research institutes and enterprises in the four countries, and has received strong support from enterprises in the relevant countries. In the future, CEGT center will continue to strengthen cooperation in talent training, project tackling and platform sharing, and strive to explore new modes of scientific and technological collaborative innovation cooperation.
